These Terms of Service govern your use of legal counsel, regulatory compliance, and contract documentation services provided by Landory (landorynow.com) located at Bahnhofstrasse 36, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Landory offers professional services to real estate agents, including tailored legal advice, regulatory guidance, and preparation of contract documents.

3. Information Products

We provide digital resources such as e-books, webinar recordings, and template libraries designed to support legal and regulatory understanding. Access to these materials is subject to our delivery terms.

4. Goods

Landory may offer printed manuals and supporting materials for purchase. All physical goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

5. Service Scheduling and Provision

Appointments for counsel and document drafting are arranged by mutual agreement. You agree to provide accurate information and respond promptly to scheduling requests.

6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

6.1 Professional Services

Consultation and contract drafting services are custom engagements. You may request a reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. All services are provided on a non-reimbursable basis due to their bespoke nature.

6.2 Information Products

For digital resources, you may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the materials. Approved reimbursements are processed via the original method within 10 business days after approval.

6.3 Goods

For physical materials, you may request a reimbursement within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Shipping costs for goods sent back are not reimbursable. After inspection, the reimbursement will be processed within 10 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Landory’s liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the total fees paid. We shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
